CSX Hit With Retaliation Charge, Ordered to Pay $32,000

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has ordered CSX Transportation Inc. to pay $32,000 in damages for retaliating against an employee who had told managers of safety violations at the company’s locomotive shop in Selkirk.
