MLAC to Review Premium Assessment at Sept. 18 Meeting

Oregon’s Management-Labor Advisory Committee will review proposed premium assessment rates for 2018 as well as possible rule-making related to worker-requested medical examinations, during a Sept. 18 meeting. Committee members are scheduled to hear a report on the Department of Consumer and Business Services’ proposal to maintain the premium assessment rate at 6.8% for 2018, the same rate the agency adopted for 2017.
