Labor and Industries Plans Prompt Claims Notification

The Washington state Department of Labor and Industries has updated its website to inform employers of how it will notify them in the event an employee files an injury claim.The Department of Labor and Industries (L&I), to ensure prompt notification, will send notifications to the claim mailing address and the employer's physical mailing address.
