The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation is proposing changes to rules relating to behavior assessment and intervention services, payment for lumbar fusion surgery, and medical treatment reimbursement requests.
The bureau proposes new language in Rule 4123-6-33 clarifying that injured workers can be considered for behavior assessment services only if they are able to understand and respond during the process.
