WCD Corrects Vocational Assistance Fee Schedule

Friday, September 29, 2017 | 0

Oregon’s Workers’ Compensation Division published an updated vocational assistance fee schedule that it says reflects regulatory changes that took effect at the start of the year, requiring spending limits to be rounded to the nearest whole dollar.

The updated fee schedule caps payment for eligibility determinations without substantial handicap analysis at $530.

The professional spending limit for substantial handicap analysis is $1,050.

The limit for direct employment is $7,088, while the cap on payment for training is $17,719. The cap on combined direct employment and training is $19,694. And the professional spending limit for dispute resolution is $587.

Workers can also choose to put together their own vocational training plan, in which case payments for training are capped at $23,392. Direct employment assistance for worker-directed plans is capped at $3,544.

The revised Bulletin 124 is here.
