The Wisconsin Workers' Compensation Advisory Council will discuss a July decision by the state Supreme Court and a bill pending in the state Legislature when it meets in Madison on Sept. 17.A discussion of the high court's July 15 decision in Xcel Energy Services v. LIRC is on the council's agenda.
