The New York Workers’ Compensation Board is proposing minor changes to its rule on reports that must be submitted to the board to correct typographical citation errors and to clarify language, according to a notice in Wednesday’s edition of the state Register.
The board is proposing amendments to Section 300.22 of Title 12 of the New York Code of Rules and Regulations. The rule states that employers that file first reports of injury electronically satisfy the requirements of Section 110 of the Workers’ Compensation Law requiring the reporting of workplace injuries....
