The Indiana Compensation Rating Bureau has issued a circular regarding the Workers' Compensation Board's assessment for the Second Injury Fund for 2013.Informational Circular 2013-01 says the board has issued its notice dated Dec. 31 titled "2013 Second Injury Fund Calculation of Funding Level."The board certification forms indicate the combined total assessment amount for carriers and self-insureds in 2013 is $6,386,488, the bureau said.
