BWC Sets Hearing for Pilot Program Extension

The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation is proposing to extend a pilot program that allows multiple managed care organizations to authorize medical treatment reimbursement requests. “Based on the success of the pilot program to date, the bureau proposes that rule OAC 4123-6-01.2 be amended to extend the pilot program an additional two years, through June 30, 2019,” the agency said in its notice of public hearing.
