Labor Commission Names Brian Stewart Chief ALJ, Adjudication Division Director

Utah Labor Commissioner Jaceson Maughan has appointed Brian Stewart as the Labor Commission's chief administrative law judge and director of the Adjudication Division, the agency announced last week.  Stewart has been with the Labor Commission for more than eight years, spending the first four in the Antidiscrimination and Labor Division before moving over to the Adjudication Division to serve as an ALJ.
