A former Cleveland Browns cornerback was awarded attorney's fees by the 8th Appellate District after his former employer's 2006 objections to the 1996 award were dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.Stacey Hairston received a 17% permanent partial disability award in 1996.
