Agency Proposes Electronic Filing of Medical Bills

The Department of Labor and Workforce Development has posted proposed rules that would require all health care providers who treat injured workers to submit their bills electronically. A public hearing on the proposed rules will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Trenton at Jon Fitch Plaza's 11th-floor conference room. The agency will accept comments through Dec. 15.
