The Oregon Insurance Division announced on Friday that amendments to its rules on workers' compensation premium audits and classifications were adopted on July 12 and take effect on Jan. 1, 2013.The rules change updates audit procedures involving records used to conduct audits, final audit billing disputes and classification of exposure.
