A Louisiana appellate court has revived a former comp judge’s claim that the Louisiana Workforce Commission short-changed him on his wages when he left his job in December 2015.
Carey Holliday asserted he was owed $5,868.34 for the “premium pay” paid to district judges for the performance of administrative duties.
