The California Board of Chiropractic Examiners has proposed a rules change that would require licensed chiropractors to report any law violations to the executive director of the board, rather than to “any board member.”In an explanation of the change, the chiropractic board said California Code of Regulations Section 314 now requires licensees to report alleged violations to any member of the board.
