Second IME Selection Panel Meeting in July

The panel that selects physicians to include on the Alaska Workers’ Compensation Board’s list of second independent medical examiners has scheduled five meetings for July. The Second Independent Medical Examiner Selection Panel will hold public meetings at noon on July 17, 18, 24, 26 and 28. An injured worker or employer can request a second independent medical evaluation when there is a disagreement on the nature of extent of an injury.
