Gov. Mary Fallin has named Workers’ Compensation Commissioner Mark Liotta, a former state representative from the Tulsa area, to chair the commission and succeed Robert Gilliland.
Liotta, who has served two years of a six-year term on the commission, will become chairman on Aug. 26.
