A plumber for a Northern California school district was sentenced to three years of probation and ordered to pay $3,893 in restitution after being convicted of workers’ compensation insurance fraud, Probe Information Services announced. Enrique Argumendo said he was injured in November 2011 while working for the Lodi Unified School District and told doctors he was unable to work his regular job because of the injury.
