Montana’s Labor Management Advisory Council will continue discussion plans for a workers’ compensation drug formulary during a Wednesday meeting in Helena.
The state has been flirting with the idea of creating a list of drugs that are approved for injured workers since at least 2015, when the Legislature failed to pass a bill that would have directed the Department of Labor and Industry to create a formulary.
