SCOTUS Won't Review Denial of Benefits to Worker Who Lost Legs

The United States Supreme Court will not review a Commonwealth Court decision denying benefits to a worker who lost both legs when she was struck by a car while attempting to fix a flat tire on her vehicle. Last summer, the Commonwealth Court determined that Niche Knight was not within the scope of her employment at the time of her accident, since she was still within the course of her normal commute to work when it happened.
