Bills Propose Expanding PTSD, Skin Cancer Presumptions

Workers for the California Department of State Hospitals would be eligible for a presumption that post-traumatic stress disorder is a compensable condition, while peace officers employed by the Department of Fish and Wildlife would be covered by a skin cancer presumption, under recently introduced bills.
