Pa. House Member Files Misclassification Bill

A Pennsylvania lawmaker has filed the latest in a series of state bills across the nation seeking to crackdown on employers who misclassify workers as independent contractors to skirt tax laws and avoid providing workers' compensation coverage.State Rep. Barry R.
