The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited the operator of a Chili's Grill and Bar restaurant in Doral, Florida, after a worker fell into a hot water bath and was burned.
The restaurant operator, Brinker Florida Inc., faces proposed penalties of $62,513 in connection with the citations, issued Feb. 28. The Coppell, Texas-based company has 15 business days to contest the citations.
