Management representatives on Wisconsin's Worker's Compensation Advisory Council are proposing the adoption of a Medicare-based fee schedule for Wisconsin, one of seven states that do not regulate professional medical fees.
The fee schedule proposal is not on the list of 17 recommendations by the labor representatives on the council and is opposed by health care providers.
