The New York state Senate has passed legislation that would establish a task force to study the feasibility of using telehealth services within the workers' compensation system. The Senate on Tuesday passed Senate Bill 833 by Sen. Catharine Young, R-Livingston. The bill was sent to the Assembly and referred to the Committee on Labor.
