TDI Approves Order Revising Manual Change on Domestic Worker Classification

The Texas Department of Insurance announced Monday that it has approved changes to the National Council on Compensation Insurance’s Basic Manual for Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance. An official order by Insurance Commissioner Kent C. Sullivan: Establishes Code 0908 in Texas for part-time domestic workers, per capita basis.
