The Montana Employment Relations Division is hosting a two-hour online presentation about ACOEM’s prescription drug formulary today. The presentation will cover the formulary developed by the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, published by Reed Group. Lawmakers in the state House of Representatives are considering a bill that would allow the Department of Labor & Industry to adopt a drug formulary as part of its utilization and treatment guidelines.
