A court sentenced a Knox County nurse to one year of community control and ordered her to repay $11,157 in benefits after determining that she was continuing to work while receiving temporary total disability benefits. The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation announced that Carolann Humberston, of Howard, Ohio, pleaded guilty to one count of workers' compensation fraud, a fifth-degree felony, for double dipping.
