NCRB Clarifies Deductible Insurance Rule

The North Carolina Rate Bureau has adopted changes in the Basic Manual published by the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) to clarify the intent of the deductible insurance rule.The bureau said North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Wayne Goodwin has approved minor changes to the manual to take effect Aug. 1.
