OSHA, Contractors Sign Alliance on Aurora Police-Court Project

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, R. Wegman Construction Co. of Aurora. Ill., and Leopardo Construction of  Hoffman Estates, Ill., have formed a safely alliance for construction of a new police station and branch court facility on Sullivan Road in Aurora.The Onsite Safety and Health Consultation Program of the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity also will participate in the alliance, which OSHA reported is intended to protect the employees of all project participants and subcontractors during the two-year, $100-million construction project.Goals of th...
