Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt filed workers' compensation fraud charges against two claimants.William R. Richmond, 65, of Catoosa, was charged with three counts of workers’ compensation fraud in Wagoner County District Court after filing workers’ compensation claims that stated he had no prior knee injury, according to a press release from Pruitt's office.
