The Pennsylvania Coal Mine Compensation Rating Bureau is recommending a 4.1% increase in loss costs effective April 1, according to a notice in Saturday's Pennsylvania Bulletin.
The bureau is also requesting an increase in the employer assessment factor to 1.7% from the current rate of 1.65%, according to the notice.
