The majority of workers’ compensation attorneys in Oregon are satisfied with the state’s administrative law judges and mediators, according to the results of an anonymous survey conducted by the Workers’ Compensation Board.
Nearly two-thirds — 65.6% — of attorneys who responded to the annual survey questionnaire rated the state’s workers’ compensation judges as “excellent” across five categories. Another 23% of respondents said judges were “satisfactory,” while 11.4% said they were “unsatisfactory.”
