NCCI Calls for 9.5% Decrease for 2020; Reports Show Claims, Costs Dropping

The National Council on Compensation Insurance is recommending a 9.5% decrease in loss costs for the voluntary market in Tennessee in 2020, a figure that's half of what the rating organization recommended for this year.
