Lamont Signs Presumption Order for Early Virus Claims

As he promised last week, Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont has issued an executive order providing a limited workers' compensation COVID-19 presumption for essential workers. “The executive order is an important step to ensure our essential workers, who went to work while others stayed safe and stayed home, are made whole,” Lamont said in a statement posted Friday.
