The California Division of Workers' Compensation on Friday posted proposed regulations that aim to speed up the qualified medical evaluator process by allowing attorneys to request QME panels through its website.

"This will result in quicker evaluations with QMEs to help injured workers resolve disputes and obtain workers' compensation benefits more quickly."
