House Passes Bill Allowing Collection Plan for Delinquent Payments

The Wyoming House of Representatives passed a bill that would allow employers to enter payment plans with the Workers’ Compensation Division for overdue premiums and penalties. The House on Friday voted 54-3 to pass House Bill 84, by Rep. Eric Barlow, R-Campbell. Under provisions in the bill, delinquent employers would not be charged interest on unpaid premiums or penalties so long as they comply with terms of the installment plan.
