Division Reserves Time for Rule Development on Provider, ASC Reimbursement Manuals

The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation has submitted a Notice of Proposed Rule Development for its Health Care Provider Reimbursement Manual and its Workers’ Compensation Reimbursement Manual for Ambulatory Surgical Centers. If requested in writing and not deemed unnecessary by the head of the agency, the division will hold a rule development workshop at 2 p.m. next Tuesday at the Hartman Building in Tallahassee, the division announced in a release.
