WCIRB Offering Webinar on Variable Split Plan

The Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau is hosting a free webinar on the potential impact of the "variable split plan" it is implementing next year. Under the new split plan, the portion of claim costs that will be used to calculate an employer’s experience rating modification will depend on the size of the employer as measured by expected losses. The amount of losses used to calculate X-Mods will vary from $5,000 to $75,000.
