IWCC Announces Realignment of Arbitrator Docket

The Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission announced that it is changing docket assignments for two arbitrators, effective July 1. Arbitrator Jessica Hegarty will be moving from Zone 6, which covers Elgin, Geneva and Wheaton, to Zone 5, which covers Rockford, Waukegan and Woodstock. At the same time, arbitrator Stephen Friedman will be moving to Zone 6 from Zone 5. The IWCC said cases assigned to Hegarty in Zone 6 will be assigned to Friedman.
