A Philadelphia contractor has been cited for allegedly exposing workers to impalement and electrical hazards, as well as committing other federal safety violations.
Hua Da Construction is facing penalties of $222,152 proposed by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration. OSHA issued the citations on April 17 and announced them in a news release last week.
