Court Denies Rehearing of Dispute Over Aggravation of Pre-Existing Condition

The Utah Court of Appeals is sticking to its determination that the state Labor Commission has been applying an overly strict standard for determining when a worker is entitled to benefits for the aggravation of a pre-existing condition.
