A contractor faces $48,778 in penalties for exposing employees to dangerous falls at two South Florida worksites.
The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited Bluewater Construction Solutions of Melbourne for failing to use a guardrail, safety net or personal fall arrest systems. The enforcement action was a part of OSHA’s Regional Emphasis Program for Falls in Construction.
