The Commission on Health and Safety and Workers’ Compensation posted to its website a Rand Corp. report analyzing wage losses before and after Senate Bill 863 took effect.
The report, which was released as a working paper in February, has been peer-reviewed, and CHSWC said it is now accepting comments on Rand’s findings.
