Hearing Scheduled Related to Rehab of Public Service Insurance Co.

A motion for approval of noticing and hearing procedures related to a rehabilitation plan for Public Service Insurance Co. and Public Service Mutual Holding Co. has been filed in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois. The motion, by Illinois Department of Insurance Director Jennifer Hammer, is scheduled for a Sept. 25 hearing.
