Lawmakers Will Take First Crack at Draft Impairment Guidelines

Lawmakers will meet at 1 p.m. today to examine the proposed permanency impairment guidelines released Sept. 1 by the state Workers’ Compensation Board. The Assembly Standing Committee on Labor will accept oral testimony by invitation only in Roosevelt Hearing Room C, Legislative Office Building, second floor, in Albany.
