N.Y. Contractor Jailed for Certificate Fraud

A 45-year-old Suffolk County, N.Y., contractor was sentenced to concurrent one-year prison terms after pleading guilty to grand larceny and workers' compensation fraud, the New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) announced.
