Oregon’s Workers’ Compensation Division on Wednesday issued a bulletin providing instructions for reimbursing food, lodging and mileage expenses injured workers incur traveling to medical appointments, starting in October.
Reimbursement for using a personal vehicle remains at 54 cents per mile, the division said.
The standard rate for meals is $51 per day, and the standard rate for lodging is $91 per day. Rates are higher for travel to seven individual counties.
