Stivers, Two Others Submitted for WC Board

The Kentucky Workers' Compensation Nominating Committee has offered three names, including the incumbent, for the governor to consider for the Workers' Compensation Board, the state Labor Cabinet said Tuesday. The three are Franklin Stivers, who has been on the board since 2007 and whose term expires in January; Thomas Donkin, a Lexington workers' compensation insurance defense lawyer; and James Fenwick, also of Lexington, whose website shows he has worked in estate-planning law.
