Six individuals have pleaded guilty to defrauding the Ohio's workers' compensation system.
The court actions ranged from a fire chief who fraudulently collected over $20,000, a woman who cashed her dead mother's check and a man who told an elaborate tale of being injured but was caught when his time sheet revealed he was not even at work that day.
They followed investigations by the state's Bureau of Workers' Compensation.
